By the end of this Congress, delegates will be able to:

  • Discuss advances in the management of acute and chronic neurological and neurosurgical disorders.
  • Discuss new findings in neurological and neurosurgical disorders.
  • Describe advances in neurological care and/or neurosurgical techniques.
  • Identify areas where there are gaps in learning (unperceived needs) not realized before attending the Congress and extend this professional learning after the Congress to the enhanced care of patients.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Full Registration includes all sessions of the 2012 Annual Congress from Tuesday June 5, 2012 through Friday June 8, 2012 and the Exhibitors’ Reception on Wednesday June 6, 2012.

One-Day Registration includes: admission to all sessions and all conference materials for the day of your registration. Includes admission to Special Interest Group sessions on Tuesday evening, June 5th.  Also includes Exhibitors’ Reception for those registered on Wednesday June 6, 2012.

Congress Badge
Attendees are required to wear their name badges at all times in order to participate in the Scientific Sessions, Social Events and the Exhibition.

CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS

Please note that all CNSF 2012 Congress Registration fees and Social Event fees are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions below:

All cancellations and/or modifications must be submitted in writing to MCI Group by email at cnsfreg@mci-group.com

CHANGES / MODIFICATION / NAME SUBSTITUTION

  • Participants may make changes online at any time before June 5, 2012 by accessing their CNSF 2012 Registration Profile.
  • Any changes requiring assistance from MCI Group are subject to a $60.00 CAD (+ 13% HST) administrative fee.
  • Credit card payments that require reprocessing or re-verification for any reason may incur a $60.00 (+ 13% HST) CAD administrative fee.

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION & REFUNDS

  • Notification by May 7, 2012 – A refund will be granted less a $60.00 CAD (+ 13% HST) administration fee per registration.
  • Notifications received starting May 8, 2012 are 100% non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than August 6, 2012.

MCI Vancouver has been designated as the Official Housing Bureau for CNSF 2012. The Official Congress hotels were chosen for the numerous benefits they offer congress delegates and we request your assistance and support by booking your hotel accommodation at one of the Official Congress hotels. Accommodation reserved outside the Official Congress hotel room blocks exposes the CNSF 2012 to financial penalties. Your loyalty and cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Official Congress hotels will not accept reservations directly. Reservations must be made on-line through MCI Vancouver’s secure website.

The deadline for reservations is 9am PST Thursday May 10, 2012. Requests received after this date will be forwarded direct to the specific official hotels.

Digital Poster Construction

A digital poster looks much like a paper poster, except that it is displayed on-site on a large format HDTV. There is an on-screen menu system, so that users can search by author, title and subject.

In order to display the posters, and provide a reliable and consistent experience for the viewer, we need a standardized file format, so we ask the presenter to build their poster on our web site, using provided poster templates.

If you are presenting a poster at the Congress, please use the online Poster Construction Site, starting April 1, 2012, to prepare your digital poster presentation.
