CNSF 2010 Congress delegates who register and stay at the Hilton Quebec for a minimum of three consecutive nights during the CNSF Congress June 8th to 11th are eligible for a draw for:
  • a free two nights stay
  • one buffet breakfast for 2 people
  • one dinner for 2 people at the Hilton's Allegro restaurant (table d'hôte menus, no alcohol).

This prize must be taken between July 1st 2010 and March 31st, 2011. This prize is not redeemable for cash.

Official Housing for the 45th Annual Congress in Quebec City will be open in February 2010.

We need your help! Please support the CNSF Congress by booking your accommodations in one of the official Congress hotels. Accommodations reserved elsewhere may be less expensive but in reality you and the CNSF lose benefits, such as: Complimentary meeting space for the Congress, for committee meetings and social activities.

If we don’t fill our blocks, the CNSF Congress pays substantial penalty fees and ultimately these penalties result in a more expensive Congress next year. So please help us by staying at one of our Official hotels!
